Halicki Productions (Halicki) brought this suit against United Artists Communications, Inc. and various theatres (the defendants), alleging, in addition to claims for breach of contract and violation of the Sherman Act, a claim under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
