WEBER, Justice.

Appellant Jerry Tibbitts was found guilty of deliberate homicide by bench trial in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County. Mr. Tibbitts was then sentenced by the District Court to serve 100 years in the Montana State Prison. We affirm.

The issues are:

1. Did the District Court err when it found that Mr. Tibbitts acted knowingly in causing the death of the decedent?
