The defendant, James R. Macdonald, appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court, Cumberland County, in the divorce action brought by his wife, Ann A. Macdonald, plaintiff, who cross-appeals. The defendant contends that the Superior Court erred in its award of alimony and in finding that the defendant's ownership interest in a business and certain real estate constituted marital property.
