Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the district court which held that the information that they sought to obtain from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") under the Freedom of Information Act (the "FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552, is exempt from disclosure. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the ruling of the district court in part, vacate in part and remand for further proceedings...
