LONGOBARDI, District Judge.

It is unexpected that lawsuits could be engendered by soft, chewy, chocolaty Tootsie Rolls but the corporate quest for the "bottom line" brings reality to a seemingly frothy and amusing dispute over mere candy. But, the apparent life's blood of this corporation is the public's appetite for Tootsie Rolls and any threat to that market imperils an otherwise healthy corporate life...
