Lannom Manufacturing Company, Inc. appeals the final decision of the United States International Trade Commission, which held that there was no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 as amended, 19 U.S.C. § 1337, in that Lannom's U.S. Patent No. 3,976,295 ("the '295 patent") was invalid and that the importation and sale of certain articles did not tend to injure the domestic industry.
