This is a suit for damages resulting from an automobile accident.

FACTS

On or about April 16, 1983, Daryle Lee Ensminger was a guest passenger in a vehicle owned by Ted Riccubuono and driven by Jean Alain when the vehicle in which he was riding was struck by an automobile owned and operated by Richard L. McCormick. As a result of this collision, Daryle Ensminger sustained serious personal injuries, including, a laceration of his tongue...
