This case comes to us on appeal following the district court's calculation of damages pursuant to an earlier remand of this case by the Court. Our earlier remand established that defendant J.C. Penney Auto Insurance Company, Inc. ("Penney") wrongfully failed to defend its insured policyholder Dexter Hopkins ("Hopkins").
