The state appeals a trial court order which granted appellee's motion to dismiss. We reverse.

The state charged Eichel with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Eichel filed a motion to dismiss under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4). The state and defense entered into a written stipulation which provided, among other things, that deposition testimony and written statements under oath of certain witnesses would be admitted...
