PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of respondent St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company based upon a holding that as a matter of law its insured, Las Vegas Star Taxi, had not complied with policy requirements of notice and that the insurance company was not required to prove prejudice in order to avoid coverage.
