Plaintiff, Concentric Pumps, Ltd., brings this action challenging the refusal of the Customs Service to reliquidate 12 entries pertaining to oil and water pumps, and parts of fans. The Customs Service classified the merchandise under various items within Schedule 6, of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS).
