This matter is presently before the Court on defendants' motion for summary judgment. In Case No. 83-4198, Katherine R. Phelps, Rebekah A. Phelps and Timothy B. Phelps allege they were denied admission to the Washburn University School of Law, in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985 and 2000d, and the first and fourteenth amendments.
