Foster Harris appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri enjoining him from employment for a two-year period with ICN Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ICN), and from using and disclosing trade secrets. Sigma Chemical Company (Sigma) cross-appeals. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm in part and reverse in part appeal No. 85-1616 and remand for further proceedings...
