SHEPHERD, J.

Defendants appeal as of right from a judgment of foreclosure on a land contract. The court granted acceleration of the payments remaining on the contract. Defendants have filed a separate claim of appeal from the trial court's subsequent order confirming the foreclosure sale and from a deficiency judgment against defendants of $88,559.34. We affirm.
