We affirm the Ben Guloy and Jim Ramil convictions of first degree aggravated murder.

FACTS

On June 1, 1981, two members of the Cannery Workers Union, Gene Viernes and Silme Domingo, were shot at the union hall. Viernes was shot through the heart and died immediately.
