The appellant, Norma Foster, was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. This appeal from that conviction is before us under Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(b). We reverse and remand.

The appellant's conviction stemmed from her alleged participation in the contract killing of Orin Hendrickson of Arkadelphia. At the time of the murder, the appellant was a housemother at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. Mrs. Foster...
