This is an appeal from the district court of Rio Arriba County in a breach of contract action. The plaintiff, International Paper Co. (International) sold boxes to be used for packing tomatoes to Roy E. Farrar Produce Co. (Farrar). International sued to collect the amount of $14,040.34 due and owing from Farrar on the sale of the boxes.
