DAHLING, J.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, in which the court, after a full trial, found that the plaintiff-appellant, Rudolph Kleczy, Sr., had suffered no damages and dismissed the complaint. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
