Appellant appeals from two judgments of conviction for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 955a(a) (Count One) and § 955a(b) (Count Two). A sentence of five years was imposed for each count, to run consecutively, and a fine of $5,000 was also imposed for each violation.
