OPINION

SCOTT, J.

Catherine Lucas Keech and John Scott Keech, plaintiffs below, appeal from an order of dismissal entered in favor of respondents, the Berkeley Unified School District (BUSD), Nancy L. Kaye, and David P. Tansey, after respondents' general demurrer was sustained with leave to amend and appellants failed to amend their complaint within the required time. We affirm.
