This is an appeal from judgment of sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol1 and leaving the scene of an accident involving death or bodily injury.2 The only issue is whether the trial court's comments on the evidence in the charge to the jury constituted reversible error.3 We find that on the particular facts, the error, if any, worked no injustice...
