WATSON, Justice.
The issues are whether decedent Henry Lyons: (1) wrote an olographic will; and (2) had testamentary capacity.
The trial court annulled the will, concluding that it was written and signed by Henry Lyons but that Lyons lacked testamentary capacity on that day. The court of appeal reversed, holding that the opponents of the will failed to carry their burden of proving testamentary incapacity.
