William Lloyd Hill appeals the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1977). Hill pleaded guilty to a charge of first degree murder and theft of property in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and was sentenced to thirty-five years imprisonment for the murder and a ten-year concurrent sentence for the theft.
