This case involves a claim for damages caused by the installation of inadequate and defective septic tank systems. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff and the defendant has appealed. The defendant assigns error in the trial court's finding that the failure of the septic tank systems was proximately caused by the defendant's negligence. The defendant also claims that the amount of damages awarded was erroneous because it was based on an improper standard...
