In this action on a promissory note and guaranties, six of the defendants appeal from summary judgment entered against them and in favor of plaintiff.1 Appellants mount virtually no attack on the judgment, the primary purpose of the appeal apparently being to secure review of an order denying their motion for leave to file a fourth amended cross-complaint.
