This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court for Racine county, James W. Wilbershide, Judge, which dismissed Robert Auric's (Auric) complaint. Auric appealed and filed a petition to bypass the court of appeals pursuant to sec. 808.05, Stats. 1979-80. This court granted the petition on November 8, 1982.
