This defendant appeals from his convictions of first-degree murder and voluntary manslaughter, Iowa Code sections 707.1-.2 and 707.4. The trial court erred, he claims, in admitting evidence he contends was "tainted fruit" of a confession which had been suppressed by an earlier court order, in denying his motions for mistrial based on alleged misconduct by the prosecutor, and in submitting a felony-murder...
