Appellant, Smith V. Ransom, brings this appeal under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review the Secretary's decision to terminate his disability benefits. The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in granting the Secretary's motion for summary judgment, thereby affirming the Administrative Law Judge's finding that Ransom was no longer disabled and therefore, no longer entitled to disability insurance benefits.
