Appellant Edwin P. Wilson was convicted, following a jury trial, of seven federal criminal offenses involving the export of a M-16 rifle and four revolvers. In summary, these offenses are: 1) conspiracy, under 18 U.S.C. § 371, to export firearms illegally in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(3), 922(e), 924(b) and 22 U.S.C. § 2778 (Count 1); 2) export of firearms without a license, 22 U.S.C. § 2778(b)(2), (c)...
