Appellant was convicted on his December 16, 1982, guilty plea of robbery with the use of a firearm (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 12022.5). On May 25, 1982, appellant was sentenced to prison for seven years for robbery in an unspecified Tulare County Superior Court action.
