Appellants were charged in a two count indictment with conspiracy to possess marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 955c (Supp. V 1981), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 955a(a) (Supp. V 1981) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1976).
