The Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee has appealed from an order suspending Senator Edgar Gillock from the practice of law for six months for failing "to properly avoid the appearance of professional impropriety as set forth in Canon Nine of the Code of Professional Responsibility."
