Wilbur Carter was tried without jury and convicted of possession of an instrument of crime,1 possession of a firearm without a license2 and conspiracy to possess an instrument of crime.3 Motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied, and appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than two years on the conviction...
