Movant Sue Osborne Inman and respondent John Bruce Inman were married on June 24, 1961, and their marriage was dissolved on May 24, 1978. Sue worked, while John went to school and earned his degree in dentistry. The decree of May 24, 1978, among other things not necessary for discussion, found as a matter of law that the license to practice dentistry was marital property.
