On January 23, 1980, the East Baton Rouge Parish Grand Jury returned a true bill charging defendant, Lincoln Lewis, with forcible rape, La.R.S. 14:42.1, aggravated burglary, La.R.S. 14:60, and aggravated crime against nature, La.R.S. 14:89.1.
