These appeals require us to determine when the Wisconsin statute of limitations for personal injuries begins running against causes of action for asbestos-caused diseases.

The plaintiffs or decedents in each of the ten cases below were insulation workers who were exposed to insulation containing asbestos. In two of the cases the insulation workers died from mesothelioma, a cancer that allegedly is caused by exposure to asbestos fibers...
