Ficor, Inc., 43 Colo.App. 409, 611 P.2d 578 (1979), which upheld the judgment of the Denver District Court imposing joint and several liability upon the petitioners, who are the directors, officers, shareholders, and transferees of Ficor, Inc. (Ficor), because provisions were not made to protect the creditors of that corporation...
