This is an appeal by Paul Jones from a decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission denying his claim for benefits. Jones was president, one of four owners, and chief executive officer of operations of Scheduled Skyways, Inc., (Skyways) from 1972 until November 12, 1978.
