On or about August 1, 1975, Western Modular Corporation and Industrial Power & Lighting Company made a contract under which Western Modular was to manufacture and sell twenty modular homes to Industrial Power. The total purchase price was $517,270.00. Delivery was to take place on or before October 1, 1975, and was to be accomplished by presentation to Industrial Power of a final inspection...
