O'CONNOR, Judge.

The plaintiff-appellant, Harry Bloom, slipped and fell in one of the appellee's self-service supermarkets. Appellant alleged that he slipped on a grape and that appellee was negligent in stacking bunches of grapes loosely in a display bin. After the parties engaged in discovery, appellee moved for summary judgment, contending that appellant had failed to show that it had the requisite actual or constructive notice of a dangerous condition...
