Defendant, Marvin Reed Beal, appeals various aspects of the sentencing procedure and a presentence report employed by the lower court subsequent to the defendant's bargained-for plea of guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct. MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). We affirm.
