This is a Superior Court civil action in which the plaintiffs, Raymond R. Beaufort, Louise B. Beaufort, and R.A. Beaufort & Sons, Inc., seek to set aside the mortgage foreclosure on two parcels of real estate located in the city of Warwick. The defendants are the mortgagee, Warwick Credit Union, and Charles R.
