OPINION OF THE COURT
MILLER, Judge.
Appellants Jackson, Williams, Blackwell, and Bailey were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute heroin and morphine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846(a)(1). Jackson, Blackwell, and Bailey were also convicted on one or more counts of distribution and possession with intent to distribute heroin or morphine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
