Defendants Arnold Wright and Salvadore Perez were charged with conspiracy to deliver heroin and delivery of heroin. MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1), MCL 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a). Wright was charged with three counts of delivery and one count of conspiracy, while Perez was charged with one count of delivery and one count of conspiracy.
