This is an action for a declaratory judgment that U.S. patent No. 4,133,975 ("the '975 patent"), relating to a loudspeaker system, is invalid and has not been infringed by plaintiff's FRM-3 loudspeaker, and for alleged unfair competition in making unjustifiable charges of infringement and threats of suit against plaintiff and its customers.
