This appeal focuses on another chapter1 in the continuing effort to reorganize the Boston and Maine Corporation. This one involves the reduction of corporate debt through the purchase of first mortgage bonds. The issues presented are: (1) whether the district court supervising the reorganization (the Reorganization Court) abused its discretion in dismissing bondholders' petitions requesting payment of interest
