This is a medical negligence action brought by Wendell R. Wentling as surviving spouse and as administrator of the estate of his deceased wife, Dortha Ann Wentling, against David E. Jenny, M.D., and B. M. Stevenson, M.D., alleging that the defendants were negligent in failing to timely diagnose and treat carcinoma of the right breast.
