HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant, convicted by a jury of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated robbery, was given concurrent prison sentences.1

Briefly, the robberies occurred at two convenience markets in Tucson. Walter Vann, a quadriplegic, started the investigation which led to the arrest of appellant when he telephoned the police and informed them of a conversation he overheard which indicated appellant...
