This is the fourth in a series of cases arising out of a dispute over two commodity accounts plaintiff Tamaris formerly maintained with defendant Bache Halsey Stuart's branch office in Beirut, Lebanon.1 The dispute was submitted to arbitration before the Arbitration Committee of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT).
