Appellant was convicted, after a nonjury trial, of possessing cocaine hydrochloride with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Appellant seeks reversal on the grounds that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain evidence.
